英国信息专员办公室收到关于英国护士助产士理事会（NMC）个人数据管理不善的投诉，NMC被指责数据管理和检索做法完全不可接受。
举报者声称NMC的数据管理和检索做法远远低于英国当前数据保护法和欧盟《通用数据保护条例》的标准要求。
数据库中存在着诸多设计缺陷，导致难以生成准确的业务关键报告。
