华盛顿特区警方正在全力寻找一名失踪的一岁女童摩根·卡特。她在万圣节期间失踪，但直到11月11日才被报告失踪。
警方称，她最后一次被看到是在10月31日中午，地点在特区E街5300号附近。她穿着粉黑相间的外套，可能与31岁的佩古伊·西卡迪在一起。
卡特是黑人，棕色眼睛，黑色辫子。目前，警方尚未提供她失踪的具体细节或她与西卡迪的关系。
