OpenAI在一群开源程序员自愿撤销他们对公司提起的版权诉讼后幸免于难，该程序员声称生成式AI编程工具Copilot未经恰当归属地训练其代码。
他们于周四提交自愿撤诉通知，但仍将针对GitHub和母公司微软继续提起诉讼，后者与OpenAI共同开发了该工具。
该案是2022年在美国加利福尼亚州北区联邦法院提交的首个针对OpenAI的重大版权案件，OpenAI自那时起被多位作者和新闻机构，包括《纽约时报》，打上了诸多诉讼。
