Yelp获准起诉声誉管理公司欺诈性宣传从业者可以删除商业评论网站的'负面'评论。
美国旧金山联邦地区法官William Alsup说，Yelp可以起诉ReviewVio，也就是Dandy，对其进行商标侵权和不正当竞争指控。
Yelp指出，ReviewVio的广告中包含Yelp商标，暗示企业可以付费获得夸大的星级评分，损害了其声誉。
