田纳西周四创历史，成为首个美国州签署立法，以保护音乐家免受未经授权的人工智能冒名侵害。田纳西州长宣布：“田纳西是世界音乐之都，我们领先全国，为田纳西的艺术家和词曲作者提供历史性的保护，防范新兴人工智能技术。
这项‘确保肖像、声音和形象安全法案’（ELVIS法案）是该州旧的肖像权法的更新版本。
虽然旧法保护艺术家的姓名、照片或肖像，但新立法包括人工智能特定的保护。
一旦法律于7月1日生效，人们将被禁止未经允许使用人工智能模仿艺术家的声音。
保护艺术家声音形象，防人工智能冒名侵犯，体现尊重创作者劳动成果，引发思考艺术与科技融合之道。
