据ZipK报道：Cord Cutters New称，Roku推出了新的服务条款，要求用户接受个人仲裁。为获得接受，Roku设备将弹出一个对话框，只有在您接受新条款或关闭Roku并停止使用时才能关闭。
预料之中的是，在Roku社区中引发了许多讨论。根据Roku争端解决条款，用户可以在受到新条款影响后30天内通过邮寄请求信件给Roku公司总法律顾问，地址为1701 Junction Court，Suite 100，San Jose，CA 95112进行选择退出。
