美国宣布对滥用商业间谍软件对记者、活动人士和其他持不同政见者进行监视、骚扰或威胁的个人和企业实施新的签证限制。
据路透社援引拜登政府一位高级官员的话称，新政策还将适用于被认为滥用商业间谍软件的投资者和运营商。
在过去几年中，至少有50名美国官员成为私人黑客工具的目标。
当权者滥用间谍软件对付持不同政见者和记者，是对言论自由的打压，需要国际社会共同关注。
