Salesforce 创始人兼首席执行官 Marc Benioff 再次对 Microsoft 的 Copilot 表达了强烈的不满。这是一款能够撰写 Word 文档、制作 PowerPoint 演示文稿、分析 Excel 电子表格并通过 Outlook 回复电子邮件的人工智能工具。
他在 X 上发文称，Copilot 的交付方式让人失望，完全不起作用，且缺乏准确性。
Gartner 指出，该工具导致数据泄露，用户不得不自己收拾烂摊子。
更糟糕的是，客户被要求构建自己的定制 LLM，但 Benioff 表示尚未发现任何使用者体验到 Microsoft Copilot 带来的重大改变，称其更像是 Clippy 2.0。
