Windows 11的24H2更新出现了多种问题，包括鼠标光标消失和与Intel驱动程序相关的蓝屏。目前有消息称，这次更新留下了超过8GB无法删除的缓存文件。
据Windows Latest报道，通过控制面板删除缓存的尝试都未能成功。
尽管可以选择缓存进行删除并启动删除过程，但缓存仍然存在。
其他删除Windows更新缓存的方法也失败，只有完全重新安装Windows才能清除这些缓存文件。
