温尼佩警方发出寻人通报，希望找到失踪人员Kassandra Harper。她于2024年12月14日下午6:30在温尼佩北部的Inkster大道和Powers街附近最后一次被见到。
Harper身高5英尺6英寸，身材瘦削，拥有黑色头发，经常出入市中心。
失踪时穿着黑色夹克、黑色上衣、黑色裤子和白色运动鞋，携带黑色书包。
警方对Harper的安危表示担忧，呼吁掌握信息的人士联系警方，电话是204-986-6250。
