纽约消息——WeightWatchers宣布首席执行官Sima Sistani即刻离职，董事会成员Tara Comonte被任命为临时首席执行官。该公司未透露离职原因，但表示Comonte将在公司致力于改善运营和财务表现的关键时期接任这一职务。
WeightWatchers最近面临盈利下滑和重组成本增加的问题，股票价值已下跌超过90%。Sistani在任期间促成了公司进军处方药减肥市场的举措，包括1.06亿刀收购了Sequence，现更名为WeightWatchers Clinic，提供用户获取减肥药物处方的远程医疗服务。
