距离《星球大战：骷髅组》在Disney Plus首播只有几天时，Disney宣布首播日期提前至12月2日，而非原定的12月3日，将推出两集。
在公告中，Disney还发布了新预告片，展示年轻角色Wim、Neel、KB和Fern如何在Jod Na Nawood的带领下，卷入一场终身难忘的冒险中。
