根据摩根士丹利的客户报告，亚马逊预计在2025年初将裁减大约14,000个企业职位，这是其持续成本削减努力的一部分。
摩根士丹利的分析师Brian Nowak指出，亚马逊可能在2025年第一季度末削减约13,800个管理职位，以实现公司提高个人贡献者与管理者比例的目标。
Nowak表示，这一裁员可能为亚马逊带来21亿到36亿美元的年度成本节省，进一步提高2025年的营业利润。
自2022年底以来，亚马逊已经裁减了超过27,000个职位，全球员工总数为154万人。
