警方表示，在安大略省巴里市一辆 RV 内，发现了几枚爆炸装置。这名涉嫌持枪的男子在 RV 内抵挡了约14小时。
周二早上，警方接到报告称该男子在贝菲尔德街停车场的 RV 内，随后与其进行接触，男子在中午前开枪，但无人受伤。为确保安全，附近的住宅和商铺被疏散，战术小组和危机谈判人员努力和平解决此事。
周三早上4点后，该男子投降，接受医疗救治后将面临多项指控。
警方称，RV 内的多枚自制爆炸装置已被找到并被成功中和或移除。
