根据彭博社报道，快餐连锁品牌Wendy's将扩大使用通过人工智能聊天机器人接单功能的测试。该公司在俄亥俄州都柏林市表示，特许经营商将在2024年获得测试该产品的机会。
目前，这款使用谷歌云人工智能软件驱动的工具已在哥伦布市附近的四家公司运营的餐厅中投入使用。
更多位置预计将很快开始使用该工具。
Wendy's在今年五月宣布推出这项试点项目，加入了人工智能竞赛，因为快餐连锁店面对上升的劳动力成本和固定的驱车式外送服务的持续受欢迎。
人工智能在快餐业的运用不仅提升了效率，也减少了劳动力成本，是值得其他连锁店借鉴的经验。
