荷兰数据保护监管机构周二对面部识别初创公司Clearview AI开出了3,370万美元的罚单，原因是其创建了一个所谓的‘非法数据库’，其中包含数十亿张面部照片。
荷兰数据保护机构还警告荷兰公司禁止使用Clearview的服务。
Clearview的首席法务官Jack Mulcaire在一份发给美联社的声明中表示，这一决定“是非法的，没有经过正当程序，不可执行。
面部识别技术的滥用对个人隐私造成极大侵害，是否应该加强相关监管？"
