一项针对北美VMware客户公司的300名资深IT工作者的调查显示，所有受访者均预计Broadcom收购后VMware的价格会上涨。
95%的受访者表示认为Broadcom收购VMware对其IT战略具有破坏性，46%认为极具破坏性。
尽管客户普遍对Broadcom持有VMware感到担忧，绝大多数受访者表示仍然可能会部分（43%）或完全（40%）使用VMware。
