Axios周五报道，Vista Equity Partners自投入35亿刀私有化了科技学习平台Pluralsight三年后，减记了其整个股权价值。
有消息称，这家总部位于犹他州的公司财务状况有所改善，2023年EBITDA增长约26％，但并不足以偿还在利率较低时发行的近13亿刀债务。
由于某些开发者技能正在自动化，该公司的前景也可能因人工智能技术的进步而变暗淡。
Vista同意在2020年底以每股20.26刀的价格收购该公司，代价是其30天交易平均价值的25％溢价，即使没有盈利。
有时候即便看起来是高价收购，也并不意味着一定能获利。
