Bungie首次打赢了一起诉讼，对抗作弊器制造商Phoenix Digital。这是有史以来潜在的第一起视频游戏作弊陪审团审理案件，最终结果是Bungie从又名Aimjunkies的Phoenix Digital获得了63,210刀的赔偿金。
尽管游戏作弊并不违法，Bungie成功诉讼该作弊器制造商，理由是对其游戏《Destiny 2》进行反向工程以寻找作弊方法侵犯了公司的版权。
PCGamer指出Aimjunkies还指控Bungie侵犯其版权，称其访问了该公司员工的计算机，而Bungie辩称这只是其用于检测作弊的正常程序，并且已被游戏的用户许可协议所覆盖。
法官驳回了Aimjunkies的主张。
