Squarespace周一表示，已同意由私募股权公司Permira全现金以约69亿美元的估值私有化。根据协议条款，Squarespace股东将收到每股44.00美元现金，较公司90天成交价的加权平均价格高出约29%。
交易完成后，Squarespace将成为一家私人持有公司。创始人兼首席执行官Anthony Casalena将继续领导业务，并成为交易后最大的股东之一。
