Resupperst50世纪首次报道，Rockstar公司已经对Remedy去年向英国和欧盟知识产权局提交的商标申请提出了抗议，原因是Remedy的新“R”徽标与其子公司Rockstar Games的徽标过于相似，可能会给大众带来“困惑。
Remedy于2023年4月14日在博客文章中公开展示了其更新的“R”徽标，这是在该公司向欧盟提交商标申请的同一天，Remedy表示，“旧徽标中字母R中的子弹代表着《Max Payne》时代”， 不再反映其更广泛的游戏产品组合。
两家游戏公司为“R”徽标展开争议，商标的相似度是否真的会给公众带来困惑呢？
