一名男子和两名青少年因涉嫌在Etobicoke中心试图劫车而面临多项指控，并随后闯入Parkdale的一所住宅。事件发生在9月13日，受害者在靠近Highway 427和Rathburn Road时被持枪劫匪威胁要求交出车钥匙和现金。
抢劫未遂后，劫匪逃跑，随后进入另一处住宅盗窃物品。警方在追踪过程中与嫌疑车辆发生接触，并最终逮捕了三名嫌疑人。
被捕者中包括19岁的Terrell McKenzie，及14岁和17岁的两名男孩。
