温尼伯警方报告，11岁女孩Bella Cook自11月16日晚上11点以来失踪，最后一次在圣维塔尔购物中心附近的Greenwood Avenue与St. Mary's Road交界处被见到。警方表示，她平时在温尼伯的北区、Brooklands和市中心活动。
Bella身高约1.57米，体型较瘦，眼睛为棕色，黑色中等长度的头发通常扎成马尾。
失踪时她穿着黑色卫衣、黑色裤子和黑色鞋子。
警方对其安全表示担忧，希望任何知情者联系失踪人员部门，电话204-986-6250。
