任天堂已成功说服Ryujinx的首席开发者停止该项目。根据The Verge的报道，Switch模拟器的下载页面已空，GitHub也已下线。
开发者和管理员ripinperiperi在Discord上表示，任天堂与gdkchan联系并提出协议，要求停止开发并移除相关资产。在等待确认的过程中，该组织已被移除，表明协议已达成。
此外，ripinperiperi的消息中还包含对该项目的悼念以及Ryujinx团队在iOS和Android平台上进展的视频。
尽管任天堂未对The Verge确认或否认与开发者达成交易，但发言人Eddie Garcia似乎将媒体咨询引导给了娱乐软件协会的公共事务负责人Aubrey Quinn，后者表示无法代表任天堂发言。
