Comcast 透露，237,703 名客户的信息在其合作的债务催收机构 FBCS 遭受网络攻击中被盗。
尽管此前 FBCS 向 Comcast 保证其系统未遭影响，但在 2023 年 7 月时，FBCS 确认 Comcast 的客户数据包括姓名、地址、社会保障号码及账户信息已被盗取。
此次事件发生在 2021 年前后用户注册期间。
由于 FBCS 的财务状况，Comcast 不得不为受影响用户提供身份和信用监控服务，而不是依赖于 FBCS 提供的保护。
