慕尼黑（美联社）——世界最古老的啤酒厂Weihenstephan的首席酿酒师Tobias Zollo透露他非常喜欢无酒精啤酒。他表示，无酒精啤酒在工作或吃午餐时的口味和软饮相似，但卡路里更少。
随着人们饮酒习惯的变化，无酒精啤酒近年来越来越受欢迎，在Weihenstephan，非酒精小麦啤酒和拉格啤酒的销量已占10%。在即将到来的慕尼黑啤酒节上，除了两家大帐篷外，其他16个帐篷也提供无酒精啤酒，价位与酒精啤酒相同，避免了宿醉。
今年，慕尼黑首次开设无酒精啤酒花园，虽然在啤酒节开始前不久便关闭。研究者为无酒精啤酒培育了特殊的啤酒花品种，以确保风味不会丢失。
