温尼伯警方于周四逮捕并指控了与女子Shelby Hayward死亡相关的第三名嫌疑人Taylor Lena Ray Moose，她现年25岁。警方在周一的新闻发布会上表示，Moose被控一级谋杀。
Hayward于2023年10月20日在CF Polo Park最后一次被看到，约一个月后被报告失踪。今年的调查使警方相信Hayward已经去世。
此前，已有两名嫌疑人Tamara Moneyas（24岁）和Vincent Fontaine（39岁）于9月在温尼伯被捕，并被控一级谋杀，目前已被拘留。
警方还透露，另一名被指控的嫌疑人在调查过程中死亡。
