微软已更新其Surface支持文档，承诺为某些Surface电脑提供6年的固件更新支持，比原本提供的4年要多。
根据Windows Central的报道，更新的文档指出，2021年1月1日后发货的任何Surface电脑都将获得6年的固件更新，而此日期之前发货的Surface电脑仍将享受4年的固件更新支持。
这意味着Surface Pro 7+、Surface Go 3、Surface Laptop 4、Surface Laptop Go 2、Surface Studio 2+、Surface Laptop Studio 1以及更新的型号都延长了两年的支持周期。
