据The Verge报道，微软正在对其23.8万名员工取消免费的Xbox Game Pass Ultimate福利，而其中一些员工对此表示不满。消息人士告诉The Verge，微软本周开始通知员工，自2024年1月起，微软固定员工将不再享受免费的Xbox Game Pass Ultimate福利。
我了解，Xbox员工将继续保留此福利，但绝大多数非Xbox/微软游戏部门的微软员工将在明年失去这一福利。微软员工可以在公司内部商店以优惠价购买12个月的Xbox Game Pass Ultimate订阅。
一些微软员工在公司的内部通信平台上提出了异议，对取消此福利表示不满。
员工的帖子甚至引起了Xbox首席执行官Phil Spencer的回应，他表示自己不知情并正在调查这个情况。
