根据Downdetector的报告，PlayStation Network（PSN）自美国东部时间下午6点起出现故障，索尼公司向用户保证将尽快解决问题。
索尼表示，用户在启动游戏、应用程序或网络功能时可能会遇到困难。
索尼在晚上8:46发布的公告中表示："我们意识到一些用户可能正在经历PSN问题。
截至太平洋时间晚上11:35，服务仍未恢复，r/PlayStation论坛的讨论超过1万条评论。
