温尼佩格市的所有市政办公机构将在新年当天关闭。
所有主要购物中心预计在新年当天关闭，唯有Outlet Collection Winnipeg将在新年当天营业，时间为上午11点到下午6点。
此外，Outlet Collection Winnipeg将在除夕当天的营业时间为上午10点到下午5点。
