根据《华尔街日报》的报道，研究人员发现，Cheetos中使用的一种流行食物染料可以“改变皮肤的光学特性，使光能够通过。
该染料是使Cheetos变黄的成分，经过对小鼠的腹部和头部进行测试后，研究者们能够观察到小鼠的肌肉脉动和脑内血管。
研究结果显示，当染料应用于细胞时，光能够透过小鼠的皮肤，从而使其变得透明。
