周一，约克地区一名22岁的司机在学区内被抓到以超过100公里每小时的速度行驶。约克地区警察表示，司机在东桂林布里的第二补助路上往南行驶，速度超过限速52公里每小时。
司机在被拦下时称“上班迟到了。
当时区域内有多辆校车，所幸没有报告伤亡。
由于超速和危险驾驶，司机的驾驶执照被暂停30天，车辆被扣押两周。
在学校附近行驶时请务必保持警惕，毕竟速度与安全是命的较量。
