多伦多警方在周日下午对一名在斯卡布罗家中进行致命刺杀的嫌疑人提出二级谋杀指控。
紧急救援人员在下午5点之前接到刺杀报告赶到位于埃尔斯米尔和奥顿公园路附近的住宅，发现一名女性严重伤亡，现场被宣告死亡，随后抓捕嫌疑人。
警方后来确认死者为54岁的Dushi Lakshmanan，嫌疑人是50岁的Ragulan Lakshmanan，并且他是死者的兄弟。
Ragulan于周一在多伦多法庭上受审。
