根据瑞典卫生部门发布的指导方针,两岁以下儿童不得接触任何屏幕,青少年每天屏幕时间不得超过三小时。该建议还指出,家长应考虑如何与孩子一起使用屏幕,并告诉他们在手机上做什么。
这一限制标志着瑞典公共卫生部门首次规定家长如何管理屏幕时间。
2至5岁儿童屏幕使用时间上限为一小时,6至12岁儿童不得超过两小时,13至18岁青少年的限制为三小时。
这一规定大幅降低了瑞典儿童和青少年目前的平均屏幕时间。
每个孩子的成长都需要合理的屏幕时间管理,家长们要注意指导孩子建立健康的生活习惯。
