根据Gizmodo的报道，美国田纳西州数千名居民由于Deloitte等承包商花费逾4亿刀建造的算法系统的编程和数据错误而被非法拒绝Medicaid等福利。
美国田纳西中区法院法官本周裁定，TennCare Connect系统通常不加载适当数据，将受益人分配给错误的户口，并做出不正确的资格裁定。
在福利分配中存在的系统错误导致了数千名田纳西州居民被非法拒绝福利，引起了对Deloitte等公司实践的调查请求。
