多伦多警方表示，一名司机因单车祸导致市中心CafeTO露天座位区遭到重大破坏而被拘留。事故发生在周二凌晨的里士满街和永乐街附近。
警方表示，翻车事故中的驾驶员拒绝接受路边酒精测试，并在现场被逮捕。
市政府已介入修复被损坏的CafeTO隔离栏。
该地区因警方调查而关闭交通。
