警方指控一名多伦多男子，在市中心的一处住所里在给一名女性纹身的过程中袭击了她。据多伦多警方表示，一名嫌疑人在7月10日上午在女性位于Spadina Avenue和Bremner Boulevard附近的住所会面，假借给她纹身的名义。
据称，在纹身过程中，嫌疑人对受害者实施了性侵犯。7月22日，警方得知此事并展开了调查。
警方表示，周三，35岁的Rodolfo Bautista在多伦多自首。Bautista因涉嫌性侵犯被控一项。
该被告定于周三首次出庭。
