Intel仍在努力解决其最新第13和14代Core台式机处理器崩溃的谜团，但拒绝了问题扩展到移动芯片的说法。创立Alderon Games并开发Path of Titans游戏的Matthew Cassells在Reddit上声称，公司注意到了Intel移动处理器上的崩溃。
此前，Alderon曾发表声明，指责Intel处理器上出现了数千次崩溃，并表示将切换到AMD的处理器。Intel在解决问题的同时，已经发布了用户和主板制造商应使用的电源配置设置的指导。
Intel代表在周五通过电子邮件表示，他们仍然对问题的根本原因一无所知。
不过，Intel声称其移动处理器未受影响。
技术问题可能会给用户带来困扰，希望厂商尽快找到并解决根本原因。
