拜登政府周五称塑料污染是全球最紧迫的环境问题之一，宣布联邦政府将逐步停止购买一次性塑料产品，成为全球最大的消费品买家。
政府还计划加强对塑料制造的监管，减少产生温室气体和其他有害污染物的行为。
白宫称这一努力是首个全面战略，旨在降低一次性塑料制品的需求，同时为可重复使用、可堆肥或更易回收的替代品创造市场。
