美国电力公司（AEP）和伊克斯隆（Exelon）向联邦能源规管委员会正式提出异议，反对Talen Energy和亚马逊的核电交易。
亚马逊从Talen Energy购买核动力数据中心，涉及Pennsylvania州Susquehanna的2.7 GW核电厂，总量可达480MW，未来可升级至960MW。
AEP和Exelon认为交易将让其他PJMI净电负担成本，对新规则甚感不满。
他们要求调查新协议是否合理。
