欧盟正在接近通过新规定，强制大规模扫描数字消息，包括加密消息。周四，欧盟政府将就拟议立法提出立场，旨在检测儿童性虐待材料（CSAM）。
投票将决定这项提议是否有足够的支持继续在欧盟的立法程序中前进。该法律最早于2022年提出，将实施一个“上传审核”系统，扫描所有数字消息，包括共享的图像、视频和链接。
每个服务都被要求安装这种“经过审核”的监控技术，同时必须征得您扫描消息的许可。
