隐私活动人士noyb已针对Google的Privacy Sandbox提起了GDPR投诉，声称在Chrome浏览器中打开“隐私功能”会导致美国巨头跟踪用户。
尽管Privacy Sandbox宣传为改善第三方跟踪，实际上跟踪是由Google自身在浏览器内完成。
根据noyb的说法，用户被误导认为打开“广告隐私功能”可以保护他们免受追踪，但实际上只是打开了一方面的追踪。
