美国司法部上周逮捕了威斯康星州一名男子，涉嫌生成和分发使用人工智能生成的儿童性虐待材料(CSAM)，这是据信首次发生的案例。
42岁的软件工程师Steven Anderegg使用开源AI图像生成器Stable Diffusion的一个变体制作这些图像，试图诱骗一名未成年男孩进入性行为。
司法部称，如被判有罪，Anderegg可能面临五到70年的监禁。
他目前在联邦拘留中，将于5月22日接受听证。
