Meta将关闭Workplace，这是其出售给企业的结合社交和生产力功能的工具，根据Axios获得的消息并经Meta确认。自报道以来：Meta在过去几年一直在裁员和减少产品线，同时首先在元宇宙上投资数十亿美元，现在转向人工智能。
Meta的资深产品管理总监Micah Collins向客户发送消息通知他们即将关闭服务。Collins说客户可以通过2025年9月继续使用Workplace，届时它将仅可用于下载或阅读现有数据。
该服务将在2026年彻底关闭。Workplace曾被称为Facebook at Work，在2016年以当前形式推出。
该公司在2021年报告称有700万付费订阅者。
尽管Meta关闭了Workplace，但随着科技的不断发展，新的工具和平台也将不断涌现，让我们期待未来的创新与变革。
