Dell通过一系列新的追踪技术确保员工遵守公司更新的返岗政策。
Dell将追踪员工的刷卡和VPN连接，并包括一种彩色编码的考勤评分系统，总结员工的出勤情况。
据悉，Dell计划于5月13日起每周向员工提供来自刷卡追踪的现场访问数据，并通过公司的人力资本管理软件给予员工彩色评级。
评级分为蓝旗表明“一贯出勤”;绿旗表明“定期出勤”;黄旗表明“部分出勤”;红旗表明“有限出勤。
