多伦多警方正在寻找一名41岁男子，据称在国外旅行后未能带着年幼儿子返回加拿大。据警方称，该男子2月7日与3岁男孩飞往越南。
据称他们计划于2月15日返回加拿大。调查人员表示，自那时起，这名儿童一直被与母亲分开。
警方通缉41岁的Loc Phu“Jay” Le，理由是违反监护令的绑架行为。他身高5英尺10英寸，体重190磅，短发黑发。
任何有线索的人被要求匿名致电警方416-808-5100或向犯罪举报电话透露。
