2024年4月，Windows 11的市场份额下降至不到26%，此前曾在2月达到28.16%的历史最高点。
据Statcounter称，Windows 11下降0.97个百分点，而Windows 10增加0.96个百分点，首次自2023年9月以来超过70%的市场份额。
Neowin报道称：一些人认为，尤其是在微软取消一些系统独有功能如Windows子系统 for Android之后，Windows 11升级仍无太大益处。
再加上越来越多且有些无耻的广告，这使得该操作系统难以赢得用户的信任和心。
在技术迭代如此迅猛的今天，升级仍需因需斟酌，研发者需更加细心聆听用户心声，以带来更好的产品体验
