据安大略省警察说，一名摩托车手在401号高速公路斯卡布罗市发生撞车事故后被紧急送往医院，已失去生命迹象。
事故发生在早上7点左右的高速公路西行收费车道，事故地点位于Port Union Road附近。
目前，高速公路西行收费车道在Whites Road处关闭，以便警方进行调查。
