Tim Hortons表示，关于它错误发送给参与其热门Roll Up to Win促销活动的电子邮件所提出的集体诉讼没有根据。LPC Avocat公司提起了一项拟议的集体诉讼，声称约50万客户于4月17日收到一封电子邮件，内容称他们通过Roll Up to Win赢得了一艘船。
律师事务所表示，这艘船价值约64,000美元。拟议的诉讼尚未获得认证，控告方声称被告应该提供船只以及赔偿。
Tim Hortons表示，该电子邮件是由于"人为失误"发送的，一旦公司意识到错误，便迅速通知受影响的客户并致歉。
